- Force Majeure: Events beyond our control affecting sports activities
- Fitness Level: Athlete's physical condition assessment
- Equipment: Sports gear and protective items provided

- 50% deposit required to secure booking
- Full payment due 30 days before activity
- Group bookings: minimum 4 participants
- Private sessions: additional premium pricing
6. Flexible Cancellation Policy
6.1 Cancellations by Athlete
More than 30 days: Full refund minus €50 processing fee
15-30 days: 70% refund
7-14 days: 50% refund
Less than 7 days: No refund (except medical emergencies)
Force Majeure: Full refund or rescheduling
6.2 Cancellations Due to Weather/Safety
Italy Sports Tourism may cancel due to:
- Extreme weather conditions affecting safety
- Venue closures or sporting event cancellations
- Coach/athlete health and safety concerns
- Force majeure events (strikes, natural disasters)
In these cases: Full refund or rescheduling at no cost.
6.3 Flexible Rescheduling
- Free rescheduling up to 14 days before activity
- €25 fee for changes within 7 days
- Priority booking for rescheduled dates
- Weather guarantee for outdoor sports
7. Requirements and Athletic Code of Conduct
7.1 General Requirements
- Minimum age: 16 for most activities (parental consent for 16-18)
- Fitness assessment may be required for intense activities
- Valid travel insurance recommended
- Medical clearance for participants with health conditions
7.2 Athletic Code of Ethics (Mandatory)
All athletes must:
- Respect fair play and sportsmanship principles
- Follow instructions from coaches and guides
- Maintain appropriate conduct at sports venues
- Respect other athletes and facility staff
- Take responsibility for personal safety and equipment
- Report any injuries or equipment issues immediately
- Arrive on time for all scheduled activities
- Maintain proper hydration and nutrition
⚽ Anti-Doping Policy: All participants agree to abide by WADA anti-doping regulations. Performance-enhancing substances are strictly prohibited.
7.3 Medical and Fitness Restrictions
Consult with physician if you have:
- Heart or cardiovascular conditions
- Respiratory problems or asthma
- Joint problems or previous injuries
- Pregnancy (certain activities restricted)
- Mental health conditions affecting participation
8. Responsibilities and Insurance
8.1 Athlete Responsibility
- Provide accurate health and fitness information
- Follow all safety instructions and guidelines
- Use equipment properly and safely
- Report injuries or equipment problems immediately
- Respect venue rules and Italian sports regulations
- Maintain appropriate behavior and sportsmanship
8.2 Italy Sports Tourism Responsibility
- Provide qualified coaches and instructors
- Ensure equipment safety and maintenance
- Monitor weather and safety conditions
- Provide emergency medical support
- Maintain proper insurance coverage
- Ensure compliance with Italian sports laws
